Foreign participants of the Congress can pay their fees during the registration during the Congress.
The registration fee of the participant include: «the participant bag with the symbol of the Congress» (program, Congress proceedings, certificate of participation, exhibition catalogue, pen and notebook), participation in the opening ceremony, scientific sessions, posters and a visit to the exhibition.
The registration fee of medical students include: badge, certificate of participation and a daily schedule of meetings.
Refunding. To get a refund for the registration fee a participant is to write to the Congress Secretariat.
Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
70% - if the Secretariat is informed up to September 20, 2015.
50% - if the Secretariat is informed up to October 10, 2015.
25% - if the Secretariat is informed up to October 24, 2015.
Refunds will only be held after the end of the Congress. There is no refunding if the Secretariat is informed after October 24, 2015.
