Invitation Letter
Should you need a formal invitation, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance – E-mail: org_ncssh@mail.ru.
The invitation letter shall not excuse or exempt from the payment of registration fee.
Foreign participants and guests of the Congress are requested to apply for visa support to the International department of the Center not later than on October 10, 2014 (e-mail: anikina_m@inbox.ru, Tel. +7(499)-236-9128, Tel/Fax. +7(499)-236-5364) and to send the copy of the passport’s first page, home and work address, location of the nearest Russian consulate where the visa support information will be sent.
Foreign participants pay the registration fee in the registration zone during the Congress.
