Application to the Organizing Committee for visa support	up to October 15

Invitation Letter

Should you need a formal invitation, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance – E-mail: org_ncssh@mail.ru.

The invitation letter shall not excuse or exempt from the payment of registration fee.

In order to get the visa in time, foreign participants and guests of the Congress are requested to apply to the International department of the Center not later than on October 15, 2018 (e-mail: anikina_m@inbox.ru, Tel. +7(499)-236-9128, Tel/Fax. +7(499)-236-5364) and to post the copy of the passport’s first page, home and work address, as well as the location of the nearest Russian consulate where the visa support information will be sent.

Foreign participants pay the registration fee in the registration zone during the Congress.

AN EXHIBITION OF LEADING WORLD PRODUCERS OF MEDICAL TECHNIQUE, SPARE MATERIALS AND MEDICATIONS USED IN CARDIOVASCULAR SURGERY, AS WELL AS AN EXHIBITION-SALE OF MEDICAL LITERATURE WILL BE HELD DURING THE ХХIV ALL-RUSSIAN CONGRESS OF CARDIOVASCULAR SURGEONS.
