Foreign participants of the Congress can pay their fees during the registration during the Congress.
Invitation Letter
Foreign participants and guests of the Congress are requested to apply for visa support to the International department of the Center not later than on October 10, 2014 (e-mail: anikina_m@inbox.ru, Tel. +7(495)-236-9128, Tel/Fax. +7(495)-236-5364). Please, send to this address: the copy of your passport’s first page, your home address and affiliation data, as well as indicate the nearest Russian consulate - your visa support information will be sent there.
Should you need a formal invitation, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance.
The invitation letter shall not excuse or exempt from the payment of registration fee.
The registration fee include: «the participant bag with the symbol of the Congress» (program, Congress proceedings, certificate of participation, catalogue of the exhibition, pen, notebook), participation in the opening ceremony, scientific sessions, posters, visit of the exhibition.
Refunding. To get a refund for the registry fee a participant is to write to the Congress secretariat.
Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
- 70% - if the Secretariat is informed up to September 20, 2014.
- 50% - - if the Secretariat is informed up to October 10, 2014.
- 25% - - if the Secretariat is informed up to October 24, 2014.
Refunds will only be held after the end of the congress.
There is no refunding if the Secretariat is informed after October 24, 2014.
