The sessions of the Congress and the exhibition of medical equipment will be held in V.I. Bourakovsky Institute for Cardiac Surgery of Bakoulev Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, address:

The dates and deadlines to remember:

Abstracts submission	June 27 — August 15
Abstracts consideration by the Program Committee	up to September 15
Notification on the form of abstract presentation (see My Profile at www.new.rassh.ru)	after October 15
Early extra dating for registration fee:	up to October 1
Late extra dating for registration fee:	up to November 1
Application to the Organizing Committee for visa support:	up to October 15

Official language of the Congress: Russian.

The deadline for the applications from the companies for the conduction of satellite symposia and conferences is set for August 15, 2013.
Original ideas for the scientific program of the Congress would be an asset.

An exhibition during XIX Congress

An exhibition of leading world producers of medical tachnique, spare materials and medications used in cardiovascular surgery, as well as an exhibition-sale of medical literature will be held during XIX All-Russian Congress of Cardiovascular Surgeons.

Should you need a formal invitation, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance.
The invitation letter shall not excuse or exempt from the payment of registration fee.

Foreign participants and guestsof the Congress are requested to apply for visa support to the International department of the Center not later than on October 15, 2013 (e-mail: anikina_m@inbox.ru, Tel. +7(495)-236-9128, Tel/Fax. +7(495)-236-5364). Please, send to this address: the copy of your passport’s first page, your home address and affiliation data, as well as indicate the nearest Russian consulate - your visa support information will be sent there.
